These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rovena. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rovena. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Rovena, including photos, videos, comments, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Include explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
• Promote illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Contain spam, advertising, or commercial solicitations

• Create multiple accounts or fake accounts
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. In-App Purchases

Rovena may offer virtual items or premium features for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide accurate payment information
• Comply with the payment terms of your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVENA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination

16.4 Assignment

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Rovena as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.
